Watermarks for Aperture

Hey Gary I just watched episode 423 and I totally forgot how great Seashore is. I heard about it in another podcast. I was wondering if it can be used to makes watermarks for Aperture? I suppose it can but I was wondering if you can explain in detail maybe on a future podcast:). My wife is a self made photographer and we use Aperture and she would love to know a way to make Watermarks. Thanks Gary

I suppose it can. I don't use Aperture so I don't know how the watermarking works in it. Does it just accept a 32-bit image? If so, then create a small transparent image in Seashore, put some text in there, save as a PNG.

Yes it does. When you say small image, how small you think for a transparent image in the lower right? Something not too obstructive.

Experiment. Start with a 100x20 or a 200x40 or something. See what works best.
