What Do I Need To Open a Recorded Zoom Video That I Have Downloaded To My Mac?

I recorded a meeting that someone else was hosting (I received permission to tape the meeting). When the meeting was over I went to the recorded file ad download it to my Mac. When I try and open the file it gives me two options: Open with Transcode or go to the App store. Nothing happens when I click on the Transcode option and when I click on the App store option, It takes me to the App store but it doesn’t specify which app I should get. Can anyone offer some insight into this? Thanks

You should be able to open it wit QuickTime Player. Not sure what "Transcode" is -- perhaps you installed a third-party app that has taken over as the default app for videos? Just use the built-in QuickTime Player and it should work fine.
