Can a PDF Created Via Preview Be Read In Windows?

If I create a PDF using Preview, via the print dialogue box, can it be read by a PC Windows user using Adobe?

    Yes. PDFs are platform-indepndent. You should be able to view any PDF made on any platform in any other. A PDF created using the Print option in any app on your Mac should be able to be viewed on a Windows computer, Linux computer, Android phone, Android tablet, or any device that as a PDF reader or browser that can show PDFs.
