Do you use a program like MacKeeper to remove old files, etc?

I watched the video for MacKeeper, but I think it is a gimmick to get you to buy a product that I don’t really need to “clean up”, delete old versions of files, wipe caches, etc on my Mac. Gary, do you use anything for these purposes? And if so, which ones that are free?

No, I do not use MacKeeper. For the most part it just runs things that Snow Leopard is already running. You don't need it.
