How Can I Add a Folder To the Email App On My iPad (not an Account)?

Trying to add a folder on mail app on my iPad 6th gen.

    You should be able to do it by viewing the list of "Mailboxes," tapping Edit. And then tapping New Mailbox at the bottom.
