How Can I Delete Notes From My Inbox List and Not Delete Them From Notes In the Sidebar?

When I sync my iPhone to my MacBook Pro my Notes are mixed in with my emails in my Inbox. My Notes can also be found under the Notes icon in the sidebar. When tidying up my inbox if I delete a Note it also disappears from the list in the Notes icon in the sidebar. Is there anyway to get rid of them in my inbox without losing them completely?

Depends on which version of Mac OS X you are using. I'll assume Lion. You should find a setting in Preferences, Account, (your account -- assuming iCloud), and then Mailbox Behaviors. There you can turn off the option to show notes in your inbox.
With other versions of OS X and other email account types, the location of the setting may vary.

Is the "Notes" app available in OSX Lion (10.7.5)?

No. It is available as part of Mountain Lion. In Lion, Notes were inside the Mail app.
