I would like to add a playlist from my computer to my iPhone. I had no problem with iTunes, but I can’t seem to find a way to do it with the new Music app.

It depends on how you are using your iPhone. If you are using iCloud and Apple Music, then it is all automatic. Any playlists you create on your Mac will simply appear on your iPhone.
