When I am in a site, say for shopping, and the information for auto fill pops up, but it is not current, mostly a credit card numbers, how and where can I change the auto fill info?

I'll assume you mean on a Mac in macOS Mojave. Go to Safari, Preferences. Click on Autofill. Then use the Edit buttons to look in each category. You'll find all of your information there and will be able to change and delete them.

Gregory: Keep in mind that iCloud should sync all of that information. Make sure you have Safari enabled in iCloud for all devices.
