Adobe Photoshop Elements has been warning me about the upcoming “64 bit” operating systems, and I don’t want to pay “rent” for their P’shop services.
I’ve found (with your help) good substitutes for editing photos, etc., but have not found a cheap or free app to “Create a Web Photo Gallery,” a favorite of mine.
Is there an app for me?

I'm not sure what features you are looking for in a web photo gallery. There are many websites that offer things like that. You can do it with Photos and iCloud very easily: Creating Quick Online Photo Galleries.
I'm really looking for an app that produces html to display my images, all to be loaded on my server.
Grant: I don't have a suggestion there. The age of "web page builders" like that is over. There are so many great gallery services available: iCloud, Flickr, Google Photos, DropBox has something, most web page builder services like SquareSpace, etc. They are much easier to create and update, with better features too. If you want to run your own server there are content management systems you can install. Search for "photo gallery cms" and bunch of mostly open source ones show up.
Gary, thanks for your reply. Guess I really enjoy writing my own code, so I've made my own templates to substitute for the "gallery" pages made by Elements. I never used its "gallery" code code without "tweaking" it quite a bit. I prefer the looks of my own designs to the "too slick" looks of the services I've tried. I do understand your "The age of “web page builders” like that is over," but at age 83, I'll hold on for a bit longer.
