How Do I Eliminate the Name Boxes On My Photos?

I am so tired of having the name boxes on my photos and is there any way to eliminate them.
I have High Sierra.

I'm using Catalina to look, but the menu command is View, Hide Face Names. Not sure if it is called the same back in High Sierra, but check for that.
