    Do you mean in the Mac Mail app? You can increase text size the same way you do in Safari. Use Format, Style, Bigger. The keyboard shortcut is the best way: Command+(plus).

    I meant to ask how do I enlarge the print size of incoming emails for iPad in the Mail app?

    Art: On iOS, you pinch out with two fingers to zoom in.
