How Do I Grab Only One Frame From iPhone Video and Save In Photos?

I would like to grab one frame in an iPhone video and save to photos. I am using iMac (late 2013), ipad pro and iPhone XS and running Sahara.

You don't mention where the video is located, so I'm going to assume you have it as a file in the Finder. If you then open it up in QuickTime Player, you can go to the frame you want. Then use Edit, Copy (Command+C). Then run the Preview app and choose File, New Document From Clipboard. This pastes it into a new image document. Save that out. Then drag that file into the Photos app to import it.
