I watched the How to Uninstall video Gary posted.
I have many items in Macintosh>Library>Application Support>Adobe. Some items in this folder have creation dates 2014 and earlier, leftover for my lack of understanding how to uninstall older versions
of Adobe Photoshop Elements over the last 12 years.
I just installed PSE 2020. I would like to uninstall PSE 2020, then delete the entire Adobe folder from Application support and then start over by reinstalling 2020 version.
Would this work or potentially cause me problem as Adobe seems to have threads in many places.

This should work as long as you have no other Adobe software at all. And even if you do, the worst case would simply be that you need to reinstall those as well.
