Some graphics/images in the body of emails from one or two companies are blank areas when using Mail on my MacBook Pro OS 10.15.3. I CAN see them on my iPhone iOS 13.3.1. Is it some setting I’m overlooking in Mail on my MacBook pro?

Check Mail, Preferences, Viewing, Load remote content in messages.
Also, Mail, Preferences, Accounts, (choose account), Account Information, Download Attachments.
Thank you for a prompt reply.
Yes these are already checked and have been all along.
Pat: Then I'm not sure why it could be happening. Perhaps some issue with how they format their messages since it is just one or two companies. Have you contacted their support?
Thanks Gary. No I haven't yet. Also I forwarded the email to my wife. Her older MacBook with El Capitan shows the image fine. My iMac with Mojave does not show the graphic either. Weird. BTW email is from Monoprice.com.
Thanks again.
