How Do I Translate a Web Page In Safari Version 13?

I am trying to translate web pages into Chinese for my wife once in a while. I am on an iMac running Catalina. Safari version 13.

    There is no built-in translation function in Safari. But you can use a web service like https://translate.google.com to do it. You can also use Google Chrome for this task as that does have a built-in function I believe.
