I used to have the large Apple keyboard and there was an “Enter” key on the numeral keypad. I now have the small keyboard and wonder if there is an equivalent keystroke to use.

How Do I Use the “Enter” Keystroke With a Small Keyboard?

One way to get the numeric keyboard "Enter" key is to use the "fn" key on your keyboard as a modifier. Press fn+return and it should be the equivalent to pressing enter on a numeric keypad.
However, it may be possible for apps to know the difference between fn+return and enter, I'm not sure. So it could be app dependent and you never mention what you are doing when you need this. It shouldn't be an issue, but worth noting.
Thanks Gary, Your answer was spot on! I'm using In Design and if I recall, using the "Enter" key was a way to jump columns. I'm trying to recall from when I had a full size keyboard. Thank you again.
