I find a place to get the one’s numbered between 301 and 599.

Podcasts of what? The MacMost Now video podcast? You can get the last 500 episode of it in iTunes (not 301 to 599). I wish I could have all 581 of them in there, but an RSS size limit prevents it.
Or maybe you mean something else?
As I look for the "get" icon, I only find that option for podcasts numbered 301 and up.
I want to "get" some in the 200s. .??

I want to download several podcasts in the 200s so that my wife can refer (play) them on her ipad while working in iMovie on her MB.
I can't seem to find a way to do this.
Is it possible?
Should be easy. Not sure why it isn't working for you. Maybe try removing the podcast (the whole subscription) and adding it again.
Otherwise, why not just send her links to the pages at MacMost? She can watch those just as easily.
