How to create a bookmarks/favorites list for easier browsing in the iTunes Store?

I (quickly- 3 kids) browse the iTunes Store for podcasts, books, episodes (for different ages) and each time I find that I would like to be able to “go back and find something I think they would enjoy – but I want to listen/review more about it before I start to download” the problem is trying to find it again when I finally have time.
How do I create favorites list/bookmark lists for/in the iTunes Store for those “when I have more time lists”?
And while we are on creating lists…
Is there a way to create an “apps” folder for each child? I use 1 account for all of us and and I check/uncheck what is to be synced – it would be nice if I could just move to their specific folder holding they apps they use.
Thanks for all the handy info!

I have an email folder set up that is "saved apps" and use the "tell a friend" link on the app page. (i think thats what its called). It sends an email with a link to the app, just send to myself. Move it into that folder and later on use those links.
