How to get “Save As” to work again?

How to get “Save As” to work again?
Recently when typing “shift, command, s” to save a document for the first time, I noticed that this shortcut no longer works.
How can I fix this?

    In which application?
    And what do you mean by "no longer works?" Is it not there in the menu anymore? Or, is it there but with no shortcut? Or, is it there but grayed out?
