How To Remove beap.gemini.yahoo.com On My iPad 3?

When I am on yahoo news and want to click a site, sometimes I get “beap.gemini.yahoo.com”. Which stops me from going to the site. Aggravating for this 76 year-old lady.

This sounds like a problem with the Yahoo News site. But I would clear your website data on your iPad to be sure. to do that, first close all tabs in Safari. Then in the Settings app, go to Safari, look for Clear History and Website Data and use it.

This beap.gemini.yahoo.com is associated with some adware that affects computers, but can't get those on to your iPad. So I suspect it is simply the Yahoo News site behaving badly. Perhaps consider using another news site, like Google News. Since you are using an old iPad, I know you can't have the latest version of iOS. But perhaps you still have Apple's News app? If so, maybe try using that instead. Or, try another news app like FlipBoard or something like it. Or, just go directly to the news websites or use the apps from those news sources. Just try to avoid Yahoo News if it is causing issues.
