In iCloud within finder there is a numbers, pages, and preview that is identified as an App Library rather than a folder. I store the files for these in other folders. Is there a way of deleting or hiding these in finder?
My Numbers files are in stored in other folders with excel and other documents and these app libraries in iCloud finder is extra unneeded noise.

You could just ignore them. Or you could switch them off by going to System Preferences, iCloud, iCloud Drive, then go to the name of the app, like Pages, and turn it off.
