MacMost Podcast: movie will not play on this iPhone (3GS)

While syncing my iPhone 3gs for the podcast: MacMost Now 513: Typing Accent Marks On Your Mac 2/7/11 4:00, I got the message This movie will not play on this iPhone. I have successfully transferred and played all previous MacMost Podcasts. What gives.

    Looks like I accidentally uploaded an HD version that won't work with the iPhone I've replaced it. Of course getting your podcast feed to recognize that the RSS feed has changed is tricky. Best to watch this one on the site.
