Only 1 of 2 external HDD partitions showing up in Finder

I plugged in my external HDD 1TB Western Digital and it has 2 partitions – only one is showing in Finder. Both are however showing on the desktop. Any advice?

    The Desktop is a part of the Finder. So if it shows up on the desktop, then it is there. So where else do you expect it to show up and it isn't? What if you opened a Finder window and browsed to the "Desktop" folder there -- does it not show up?
