I just discovered the Bodega app store for Mac. Are the apps vetted by anyone for quality? Is it generally safe to download apps from the Bodega store?

It seems legit as several Mac bloggers and sites have reviewed it. But I have never tried it.
But interested to hear from others that have used it.
Not sure if they have any sort of approval process that checks for safety.
