I recently custom ordered a new iMac and after three days decided I wanted a larger iMac. I tried to change the order with the “Chat” but was told I had to cancel the order, wait a few days and start over. I called the original Apple employee who had helped me (she had given me her extension number) and she was able to change the order immediately. I’d like Apple to know they have such a good employee. Often we grumble but not often enough to we offer thanks and kudos.

How Do I Send a Compliment To Apple About an Employee?

I have two suggestions. Try these and see if you are able to do it.
First, try http://www.apple.com/retail/feedback/. This looks like it will work if the employee worked at an Apple Store, at least.
Second, try http://www.apple.com/contact/feedback.html. It doesn't look like giving positive feedback is the main thing here, but you might be able to use it to do so.
Let me know how it turns out as this is a good tip.
The first one requires the store name. Since I did not use a store but ordered by phone I used the second one. Was able to complete the form required, don't know if it will be received but at least I tried to give a compliment.
