My previous PDA had the possibility to sort contacts by business names. The iPhone4 only gives me 2 choices first name & Last name or Last name & First Name.
I noticed that where I would download a photo of the contact, the ckyline of a city shows up.
Is there a way to sort by business name or type eg: electrician, painters, carpenters etc… —–

I think those are the only two choices. But do you really want to sort by company name, or SEARCH by company name. You can search by anything in the contacts. So if you want to find all contacts from ABC company, just search "ABC" and there they are. If you want to find all painters, search for "painters" -- providing you have put "painters" in the contact info somewhere.

I'm going to have to start thinking as if I never owned a PDA before and just take it for what it is and eventually get use to it.
