Gary some pictures of contacts on my iPhone 4 are large, size of the screen. But some are small. Like if I find a restaurant using google maps and click add to contacts from the map itself, that picture is small.
Is there a way to set the picture size? Haven’t found any.

I dont think there are any controls to set the size. It is just a different size depending on which app the picture comes from: your camera roll, or the maps app, for instance.
