Gary, can you do a podcast on how to deal with Lion and mulitple Mac ID’s? There is a slurry of information out there, but it is confusing. I don’t know the best direction to take on this.

There's no good way to deal with it.
You've got to pick one Apple ID and move forward with that.
You can call Apple and beg them to transfer purchases made with other IDs to the one you want to use. But success varies there.
Hopefully you have not purchased too much with your other IDs (maybe some music, DRM-free?)
