The new versions feature of Mac OS X Lion is very nice, but is there a way to examine the differences between any two versions?

After much frustration and reading about this problem (resetting PRAM, scripts, etc.) It just ain’t that hard. Just uncheck the “Use F1, F2, etc…” checkbox in the keyboard system preferences. The labels for all of your function keys will work like they ... (9 Comments)

Get to know the new Lion gestures. You can use a trackpad on a recent MacBook or a Magic Trackpad to navigate around in Mac OS X 10.7 Lion. You can also do some gestures with a Magic Mouse. See where to enable and customize gestures.

Gary, now that we have to get Java manually for Lion, how are users to know about updates to Java at later dates?

Have been happy with my magic mouse for iMac, but Lion seems to scream out “Trackpad”! Would I be better to get a trackpad now with
Lion and iMac? Can I do the same things with the mouse? What would you suggest?

I have just upgraded my Snow Leopard to Lion and on the whole love it.
The printer driver has stopped working, however – I am a pastor and our church uses a Canon iRC2380i on a network.
I realise it takes some time for manufacturers to roll out updated drivers etc., but ... (2 Comments)

Using gestures is the key to getting the most from Mac OS X 10.7 Lion. Knowing them can make you much faster at getting to things and working with your apps. You can find them all by just looking through the System Preferences under Trackpad or Mouse.
But it can be useful to have a printout handy while trying to master them.
So MacMost has compiled a list of gestures for Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion). Here they all are on a single PDF page, downloadable and printable: The MacMost Guide to Mac OS X Lion Gestures. Download it and pass it along!

I was wondering what the practicality of using FileVault on Lion was. I know that it encrypts all of your data which sounds like a good thing in the event
