I assume you mean for your iPhone. You basically want one that has a large enough battery for what you need. A small one if you just need a boost to get you through a long day, a large one if you are going backpacking for a week and need to charge up every night.
As far as quality, they vary greatly. I only know the ones I have tried, so I can't really recommend a specific one. But I read Amazon reviews carefully before buying one to avoid the ones that hold up poorly.
