Each time I wake my mini mac up (10.13.3) it requires me to long in with a password. I have selected no password in Security but to no avail. HELP

You should never select No Password. You need a password. Unless your Mac is not connected to the Internet, locked in a vault only you can access, and you use it only to play games, you should have a use password set.
Having your Mac ask you for a password each time you wake it up is the correct way to do it. That's how I do it. What is the concern with having to do this? You lock your door each time you leave your home, right? It would be nice and convenient if you didn't have to, but that's not reality.
