I would like to export iCloud contacts on my Mac to CSV format, so that I can upload the same to outlook or gmail.

I'm not sure you need to convert them to CSV format for that. According to Microsoft, you can import vcf directly into Outlook. Import contacts from iCloud (vCard .vcf file) to Outlook. And according to Google, you can do the same thing to get the contacts into Google: Add, move, or import contacts .
If you really want to go the CSV format route, you can do that with drag and drop. Create a new Numbers document. Select the contacts you want, or all of them, in the Contacts app, then drag and drop the lot from Contacts into the table in the Numbers spreadsheet. Then you can edit the spreadsheet to fit whatever format you want by removing columns, changing the header values, etc. Then export it from Numbers as CSV.
Thanks for the reply gary. I have 1889 contacts and when i exported it in VCF format, the size of file is 75.4 MB which is not supported in GMAIL as it supports only 20MB file either CSV or VCARD. Under Outlook, contacts can be imported only in CSV format and the same can be witnessed from the screenshot uploaded here (https://mega.nz/#!pgYmBSJS!HAkG8hKYvKS5OPzMJhKB6_wqAbX3Wq5FFWVQSQS_KdU)

Kishore: Try only a portion of the contacts then to get each part under that limit. 1889 contacts is a lot. I'd imagine a lot of that size is the images, so why not delete that column when converting to CSV?
Kishore: Another option may be to simply add these accounts to your Mac in System Preferences, enabling Contacts. Then in your Contacts app, try dragging and dropping the contacts from one account the other. Then you can disconnect those accounts, or continue to use them in the Contacts app. Of course you will have duplicate (or triplicate) contacts in the app since you'll have entries across multiple services. But you could disable the accounts you are not using.
I will try the last solution proposed.
Thanks Gary again!
