Hi Gary! I already knew how to do this on my iPhone X, but had never tried it on my iMac (Mojave 10.14.6) I only have one subscription, Apple Music. Following your clear and simple instructions for the Mac just brings me to a blank page, no buttons and nothing loads or happens! On my iPhone I can see and manage Apple Music easily, just not on my Mac! Any ideas? Thanks, Ian.
Ian: A few people are seeing this. I would try restarting the app and then restarting the computer to see if that helps. It just sounds like the page is not loading. Give it some time too, it could take a minute.
Thanks for replying, Gary! I'm relieved I'm not the only one! I had already done what you have suggested, and waited about 5 mins. for the page to load...no luck. But I´ll give it another whirl, and when I have time tomorrow I´ll start up in Recovery Mode and run Disk Utility, something I haven't done in ages. But at least it all works perfectly on my iPhone! Thanks again! Best regards, Ian.
Is there a way to see a listing of what you have spent your credit on? I know what I have remaining but I can’t see where it lists my purchases
Thanks
Fisher: Yes. For instance, in the Music app, go to Account, View My Account. Then look for Purchase History.
I have the same problem Ian Leckie had - just a blank page on my Mac using Catalina. I get blank pages a lot with a lot of apps. Usually restarting the computer fixes it.
It appears that there is no mechanism to get user approval for the renewal of a subscription which is set to auto-renew; and if I want to evaluate every year whether to renew, my only option is to CANCEL the subscription and then renew it again manually. Is that right?
Ron: Well, evaluate and only cancel if you don't want it anymore.
