Do you mean a wireless router, or a wired one? There are many different types of Linksys devices.
But basically, you follow the instructions that come with your Linksys device. They may even provide both Mac and PC instructions. Even if they don't, the basics are the same.

Most laptops or note books have a built in blue tooth. It should connect straight away to a wireless router. They are all the same other than "G" vs "N" vs "N+"
PS my wireless Belkin router orks perfectly well with my PC's Lynsys bluetooth, and Mac mini. In fact I can use both computers at once for that same router.
