I am selling a MacBook and the client has asked me to help them migrate all of their XP data (Outlook, iTunes, photos, etc.) to their new computer. What is the best way to go about doing that?

Piece by piece. I don't know of any shortcut. Just make a list of everything that needs to go over and check off from the list as you go.
