How Do I See the Library Folder In My User Folder In Time Machine?

How can I make my user library visible in Time Machine?
I’ve tried all the tricks I could find out there, nothing works.

You do that the same way you do it with any other folder. Start with the folder on your regular hard drive. So to get to your Library folder, go to the Finder and choose the Go menu, but with the Option key held down. This reveals the Library folder in that menu. Then choose it and you are now in your Library folder in that Finder window.

Now that you are there, start Time Machine using the Menu Bar icon. This will take you into Time Machine with the Library folder as your starting point.
