Hi, I know how to add “Accessibility” ((Preference Pane) to the Dock. Is it possible to add just the “Voice Control” from “Accessibly” to the Dock? Thnaks Robbie
I have some vision problems and it would be less steps to have Voice Control in Dock.

Less steps for what? To turn Voice Control on and off?
You can't add it to the Dock.
Just turn on Voice Control and use the Sleep/Wake Up button to switch it on and off. Or the voice commands "Go to Sleep" and "Wake Up."
But you can also use Siri to do it. "Turn on Voice Control" and "Turn off Voice Control."
If you want, you can also make a Shortcut in the Shortcuts app to turn on, off or toggle Voice Control. The action "Set Voice Control" can be used for this. Then you can place a trigger for that Shortcut in the Dock, or as a keyboard shortcut too.

I cannot suggest anything for Voice Control but I can for adding Accessibility to the Dock.
1. go to /System/Library/PreferencePanes and drag-and-drop UniversalAccessPref.prefPane to the Dock on the right-side of the horizontal bar (near Trash; it will not work if you try to on the left-side of the horizontal bar)
2. add System Preferences to your Dock and then right-click on it for a list of all the items, with Accessibility at the top (I like this one better because you get others too)

Chetan: I don't think there is a way to toggle Voice Control on or off with just the keyboard. You have to click the Sleep/Wake button shown. Voice Control dictation is usually considered superior to the quick dictation you get without it, so maybe it is just a matter of getting used to it?
