Is your Mac set up with a recovery partition? It should have added one when you updated to Lion. You can check by restarting with the Option key help down.
There are some cases where it may not be there (cloned drive, RAID, etc).
Not sure how to get it if you don't have it, though. I believe you simply re-install Lion and it will fix the issue. But I haven't tried it because I don't have a machine that is missing the recovery partition.
If I reinstall Lion all my apps and my data will be deleting?
No. That would be a "clean install." Don't do that. Just a regular re-install of the OS. Of course, it is complicated by the fact that you don't have the recovery partition, which is what makes it easy.
Actually, I'm not sure how you would do a reinstall of Lion without that recovery partition to boot into.
You may want to consult with the Genius Bar. See what they say. I can only draw on my own experience, and I've never had to do this.

I think I had the recovery partition (when i reinstall and hold option key appears a window with my volume and a campus to select the wifi network)
I have just clicked on your link from the Apple Forum, and i could not understand this computer jargon. I might as well be on a desert island. I wished there was a Genius Bar near me. Is there a place where you can learn all this tech stuff,or is it just finding things as you go along. Gary
There are many good books on using Macs. You may want to get one from the local bookstore.
