How Do I Reset My Password in iTunes?

I changed the password for my Apple id on the account. I cannot change it in itunes. No matter how many times I go in to the edit box and enter the new password, it won’t take. It is the same on both my pc and iPad.

    Have you tried simply signing out and signing back in? That should be the way to do it.
