Not comparable with IPad 1.. 1st cheap shot I've seen from apple.. We are going to miss Steve aren't we?
But the iPad 1 doesn't have a camera. I suppose it would still be useful for editing photos you took elsewhere, but I guess they use the A5 processor for the editing and adjustments.
