And I may add, all your videos are done so professionally & the presentation technique is spot on & easy to follow. I feel I’m being taught & not lectured & not talked “down” to. Lose the intro and get straight into it as the title of the video should say what it is. Otherwise your video guides are great.
5 to 6 minutes seems to be my "psychological barrier" when it comes to videos at MacMost or on YouTube. When videos are 10 to 15 minutes in length, I am less inclined to watch them. Does this make me a bad person ... ??? Yes, I am a bad person ... ((<: }

Don't forget the Snow Leopard users who don't update to the next shiny thing that Apple puts out. Many of these users will not upgrade until Apple forces the issue
Although I've never left a comment of question for you, please know that your site has saved me what may easily amount to 100+ hours of combing through Apple's support site & other inferior sites to get answers. I switched to Macs in 07 and wish I'd had this kind of resource then! Your concise explanations as well as your user-friendly site layout, makes visiting a pleasure! The content and format of your videos is excellent. I appreciate your timeliness in choosing topics that are current. Your videos have been an endless resource for me and the countless others I have pointed to MacMost's website. . . "Keep the video camera rolling".
