iOS 7 Fixes Roll Out Quickly

While news sites pounce on every bug in iOS 7, Apple has been responding to problems quicker than ever with software updates. Shortly after iOS 7 was released some obscure ways to partially bypass the lock screen on an iPhone surfaced. Apple released 7.0.2 only days later to address the issue. A similar problem, plus issues with the Messages app seem like they will be solved any day now with another update.
Now that we are into October, the one announcement that everyone expects from Apple is new iPad hardware. Last year’s 4th generation iPad and iPad mini were announced on Oct. 23 and released on Nov. 2. If they plan to follow a similar time schedule this year, then we can expect press invitations for a media event as soon as next week.

Apple needs to focus on Quality!!!! This game of quantum leapfrog has neutered Microsoft and they had 90 percent of the market. Even Apple tech support staffers are saying iOS7 is not ready. The useful life of Apple devices is less than half what it used to be. Boy do I miss Jobs!!!

Gary, From what I have been reading and experiencing, there needs to be a 'fix' for the proximity sensor problem in iOS 7. Heard anything about that?

I haven't heard anything more than you have. Hopefully that will be included in the next update as well.

Hopefully this fix comes out soon. I'm tires of finding out that text messages I sent in the morning are hanging, and I found out in the afternoon. Very aggravating!

    IOS7

When are they going to have a fix for the wallpaper issue? Even with reduce motion on it does not work. No longer able to use any of my photos. I will not resize them that's just crazy!

No one has mentioned at all the removal from within the spotlight search of Safari and Wikipedia. Why did they do this?

Appalling colour schemes! You should be able to choose your own!

I would return to IOS6 tomorrow. I just wish there was a way to do this.

I have no idea where I would post this, so why not here......I would love to be able to create my own titles for folders that contain apps on the iPhone and iPad. Apple's titles aren't really adequate.

You can change folder titles at any time by tapping on the folder and holding on the title untitled the icons starts to jiggle. An 'x' button will appear next to the title name, allowing you to modify it. You can also set the folder name when a folder is initially created.

You can rename the default folder name by clicking on the text after you have created the folder.
