How Can I Collect and Combine Multiple Emails In a Text Format?

How can I capture specific emails and consolidate them into a PDF volume?

I write a daily email via Gmail to my family. I have done this for over ten years. Several have asked me to collect these for future reference and preservation. My goal is to capture the emails (not all of them), combine them into a single file, and create a PDF. I have researched online, and the solutions proposed do not work. Essentially, I have found no way to capture the emails in a text format versus individual emails. Creating the PDF would then be easy.

In the Mac Mail app, search for and select all of the email messages you want to combine into one document. With them all selected, choose File, Print. Then click the PDF button in the Print dialog. Now you can save a PDF that contains all of those messages.

Also, if you want to save them as .eml files, you can just drag and drop the messages selected in Mail to a folder in a Finder window.
