How Do I Change the Name Of a Folder?

Just in general I need to understand more about Finder. When to use it and how.

For example I need to change the name of an existing folder to another.
Why is because I set up a client folder who did not show up so there are no records in it.

To change the name of a folder you do the same thing you would do to change the name of a file. In the Finder, select the Folder. Then press Return to enter file rename mode. Or, you could use File, Rename.

Hmm, all this time I’ve been clicking, and then holding down on the name, until the “Rename” highlight appears.
