How Do I Create Folders Inside Mac’s Own Archive Folder/file?

I am trying to clean up my email folders, sending to the Archive folder things that are old but that I want to keep. Is there a way to make folders inside Mac’s own Archive [folder/file]?

I want to create folders inside my Archives in order to organize the emails in it, to make them easy to find.

You can create folders as you like. Note that there are mailboxes in your email service and mailboxes that are just on your Mac. They are differentiated in the Mail sidebar. Choose carefully. Local ones will be removed from the server and not available anywhere else but your Mac.

You can create as many Mailboxes as you like. And you can create folders to organize the mailboxes. So a bit of a terminology thing here. Mailboxes (like Archive) are where you store messages. Folders are used to group mailboxes.
