Recently I shot about 20 pics with my iPhone 7 plus. When I viewed them later in my Photos app, all the new pics were blurry. I was very disappointed to see all of them blurry (with no chance of shooting the experience again). While researching my problem online, I was in my camera app (thinking the problem was there), but all of my pics in camera app were great. Then I checked my google photos and the same pictures were just as clear. I went back to my Photos app on the phone and all of those pictures are still blurry. Any suggestions?

So the pictures look good in the Camera app on your iPhone now, but blurry in your Photos app on the iPhone?
My best guess is this has to do with syncing with iCloud. When you first go to view an image in the Photos app on your iPhone, it will quickly load the smaller, low-resolution thumbnail image. This is so you can immediately see which photo you are viewing. Then it will load the full resolution image in the background.
So try this: View one of these images in the Photos app. Wait. You may notice a little circle filling in, in one corner. Eventually the full resolution image will "snap" into place once it is downloaded. Also, try zooming in to the image by using two fingers and pinching outward with them. This will force the Photos app to go get that full-resolution image.
Gary,
I still cannot believe how quick you always respond. I snapped the photos on Saturday and they have been blurry ever since. I did zoom in on them and they became clear, but when I went back to them they were blurry. there also was not a little circle filling in either. I have been on internet/wifi during all this time, but believe it or not, just a few minutes before responding to you everything is normal. Not sure what happened, but I thank you for your quick and very good answer.
