Sorry, I don't. I haven't used enough of them to have one stand out. Check out the reviews at Amazon to see what others say.
Wireless? There are such things, usually wireless all-in-one printers with scanners. But you might want to consider USB too as a scanner isn't something that would normally be wireless since you have to be hands-on with it anyway.

We just bought an Epson Artisan 710. Scanner/copier, disc burner/reader, SD card reader, USB thumb drive interface, Wifi, LAN, USB connect (for camera and computer), and great photo printer. We run all Macs here in the house, and the Epson is connected wireless to our Airport network. $130 or so...great deal.

I've been using an Epson Stylus X515. Able to print from my desktop, macbook pro and my wife's macbook. Seriously amazing.

I've a very good experience with Brother mymio DCP-540CN. However the Brother Software could be better.

I am using an HP 8500Pro AIO. I have it set up wireless on my network. It is not only top loading, but it also has an auto doc feeder which is fine for legal/letter paper. It doesn't work well with smaller stock though. I traded in my old printer, got the HP on sale and walked out of the store for under $200.

Two really nice features of this network scanner/printer is 1) you can scan to a network folder, 2) it has a duplexer for automatic two sided printing.

Be aware though the the 8500 Pro has several different versions. Why HP did this is beyond me. They should have either added suffix letters or changed the model #'s to differentiate between them.
