You have it right on your Mac. Go to System Preferences, Keyboard and then Keyboard Shortcuts. You can view the defaults by category, change them, and even create your own that map to menu choices.

If your are looking for key symbols, such as the clover being the command key, etc., you can print them from finder.
1. click Finder (the face icon)
2. Select Help
3. Type in; Key Symbols
4. Select the drop down arrow next to the icon that looks like a little flower or cog wheel
5. Select Print
