airport extreme and time capsule

hi Gary, just wanna ask you about a router that my friend wanna buy
he is confused about which one to buy, should he buy an airport extreme or time capsule, or should he go to other routers from linksys or belkin????
so is the airport extreme good anough for its price, because its more expensive than others. so is it worth it, is it better???

Well, like with any product choice, there are advantages and disadvantages to the different models. Just read up and decide what fits best with what they need. The Time Capsule is different in that it has a hard drive for backups. Just read up and decide.

i know the general difference between them all, its just that lets talk about airport extreme and linksys or belkin,
i know the general differences between them, but i am not sure which one is better in the end.
airport extreme is more expensive, but is it really better than other routers, or is it just more expensive because its an apple product and so on???

I have used both and personally, I like the Time Capsule - it manages your backup and also does the routing and has added features that allow you to add an external drive / printer that can be shared. It's also easy to configure with the apple tools....

I find it that they are better... plus you can setup a guest network (wireless) that your guests can use and keep them separate from the rest of your network.
