If you are using the virtual Windows partition on a regular basis and as an important part of your business or life, then yes, definitely. I don't, as I just use my Boot Camp/Parallels partition for testing. I don't have any data there, nor do I install any applications beyond the default. And I rarely use it. If I did get a virus, I would simply wipe and re-install Windows on the partition.
